This is the first step after contract signing, where we begin understanding your project in detail. During this stage, you share your preferences, needs, lifestyle requirements, design style, and ideas you would like incorporated. In response, we provide initial insights and recommendations to help shape a clear direction for your project.

II. Initial Site Inspection

This phase is where thoughtful ideas begin to take shape. We translate your requirements into clear visual and spatial concepts through plans and 3D presentations, guided by site measurements, analysis of surroundings, site conditions, and necessary tests. It is a collaborative process where your vision and our expertise come together to form a cohesive and well-informed design direction.

III. Conceptual and Schematic Design Phase

This phase is one of the most important parts where ideas are formed. 3D Perspectives, Walkthroughs, Conceptual Plans, and other necessary applicable media are all used to relay the ideas to the client. This is the phase where the client's input and the Architect's vision blend together and take shape in a 3D space.

This step in the architectural design process is schematic design, where the fundamental ideas and concepts for a building or structure are developed. We typically collaborate closely with the client during this phase to ascertain the requirements and objectives of the project and create a preliminary design concept that meets those requirements.

IV. Design Development Phase

This is the phase where the technical drawings are made for the proposed design. In this phase, the materials, systems, equipment, and design will begin to represent the completed project. This crucial step is the basis for the design to be translated into the real world. These include the Complete Architectural and Engineering Plans for Building Permit, signed and sealed.

Following the schematic design phase, design development is this step in the architectural design process. During this phase, we work to develop the initial design concept further into a more detailed and comprehensive design.

V. Contract Documents

This phase involves preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and written documents that guide the construction process. These documents provide the contractor with all necessary instructions to build the project according to the approved design.

VI. Contract Administration

During construction, we oversee the project to ensure it is built according to the approved plans and specifications. We coordinate with the contractor and client, monitor progress, and help ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
